THE STORE

Titan SMP sells one-time digital mace bundles for use on the Titan SMP server. Contact us at dylandev2579@gmail.com. Each product card shows its price in GBP and describes that mace's abilities and rank tag. Adding an item to the cart does not place an order; an order is placed only after payment is confirmed through an enabled checkout.

Titan SMP is independent of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. We do not ask for your Minecraft password or collect card numbers on this site.

DELIVERY PLAYER

Enter the exact Minecraft account that should receive the mace. Java players enter their username. Bedrock players enter their gamertag; the store adds the dot prefix used by our Geyser setup. The displayed skin is a visual aid and does not prove that you own the account. Check the delivery name carefully before paying.

Purchases are intended for the selected account and cannot be moved to another account through the store after delivery. Contact us promptly if you entered the wrong name or cannot receive an order.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Each bundle grants one in-game mace item, its matching cosmetic rank tag, and 50% shorter cooldowns on both abilities of that store-bought mace. The purchased mace identifies itself in its item description. Crafted maces keep their normal cooldowns. Rank tags are cosmetic; if you own several, use /macerank to choose which one is shown. Items and tags are not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money.

Once payment is confirmed, the order is queued for the server. Online players with room in their inventory receive a title, chat notice, sound and item. If the player is offline or the inventory is full, the purchase waits in the in-game /shop inbox. If the server is unavailable, delivery waits until it returns. Contact us if an item does not arrive.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

See our Refund Policy. We do not normally offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind after digital content has been supplied. Your statutory rights for non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed content remain. If a legal cancellation period applies, any loss of that right on immediate supply requires separate express consent and acknowledgement before supply starts.

SERVER RULES AND CHANGES

A purchase does not exempt a player from Titan SMP rules. Staff may take action against accounts that cheat, abuse other players, or break server rules. We may rebalance mace abilities, cooldowns, recipes, and other gameplay features as the server evolves.

If a material change or server issue affects a purchase, contact us so we can review the specific issue and your legal rights.

PAYMENT PERMISSION

Only use a payment method you are authorised to use. If you are under 18, get permission from a parent, guardian, or cardholder before purchasing. If you notice an unauthorised payment, contact your payment provider and open a Discord ticket.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when the store or server changes. The date above identifies this version. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that purchase, subject to your legal rights.
