PRIVACY POLICY

WHO TO CONTACT

Titan SMP operates this store. For privacy questions or requests, email dylandev2579@gmail.com. You can also contact us through Discord, but email is better for private account information.

WHAT WE USE

If you choose to save a delivery player, this site stores your Java username or Bedrock gamertag and edition in your browser. Your cart contains product IDs. The store also remembers that you dismissed the browser-storage notice. These are stored locally; they are not sent to our server merely by browsing.

When you start Stripe sandbox checkout, we record your delivery username, edition, selected items, order identifier, test payment status, and the time you accepted the terms and immediate delivery. Stripe handles card details; we do not ask for your Minecraft password or store full card numbers. Sandbox payments take no real money.

WHY AND HOW LONG

We use the delivery name and order details to supply the item you request, support purchases, prevent duplicate delivery and meet legal record-keeping duties. Browser storage remains until you change it or clear this site's data. Paid order and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law; support requests are kept only while needed to resolve them.

We do not run advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or marketing email signups on this site.

OTHER SERVICES

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical connection data. Google Fonts supplies the site's display fonts. If you enter a username, your browser requests a player-head image from TAB Avatars, which can receive your IP address and the username requested. Discord is used only if you follow its link or contact us there. Stripe hosts the sandbox payment page and processes test payment information under its own policy.

These services may process information outside the UK. See their own notices for details. We do not send your saved cart to advertising services.

CHILDREN AND PURCHASES

Minecraft players may be under 18. We do not ask for a date of birth or collect extra information from children to browse the store. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before purchasing and use only a payment method you are permitted to use. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's information at the email above.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can change your saved delivery name on the site or clear this site's storage in your browser. To ask for access, correction or deletion of order data, email dylandev2579@gmail.com with your delivery username and, if applicable, order reference. We may need to verify the request and may have to retain records where the law requires it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
